I Am Work

I'm not going to tell you I'm amazing. I'm not even going to tell you I'm good. I'm going to ASK that you stick around for awhile and get to know me and then decided. I'm not asking for a few hours, a few days, or even a couple weeks. I mean for a month at the least. It seems like I open up quick, but not as quick as you think. I take time for you to truly understand. I can honestly say that less than twenty people in this giant world truly know me. At first I will let you know that I am an ass (I even introduce myself that way sometimes now) You will expect me to be pretty bad after that but when I seem okay you'll be thinking "this guy's fuckin sweet!" After a few days you'll start to think that I'm just alright, but you need to stay with it. Chill with me for a week or so and you'll be tired of me. Thats cool, it doesn't hurt my feelings. Take a little break and then come back after a few days. After around week 3 you'll start to realize how I really am. I absolutely love my friends. I would die for my group of idiots without hesitating. Before them i felt like I was nothing. I will fight and die and give every last bit of me for them. They are nothing short of family and I would never trade them for anything this world has to offer. Next comes my actual family. They are the same way my friends are, only difference is that we are actually related. My beliefs. God is my father and has blessed me with more than I can ever repay him for. He gave his son for us and that should say it all. My love life.....Good God did I fuck that one up. I really made a mess of things, but I have found an amazing girl and I'm hoping she's here to stay, cause I'm fixing everything and making it all up to her. I know what some people may think after they read that last part and I've only got one thing to say about it, HELL YEAH SHE'S WORTH IT!!!! If she was willing to accept me after what I have done, then she is more than worth it. Unfortunately, she is now back together with her ex. Yea..... I obviously got a little attatched, in case y'all couldn't tell. Now for me. I am THE most cocky, arrogant, fucked up son-of-a-bitch you will ever meet in your life. I also like to believe that I am one of the few real men left in this world. I like being that guy who his friends confide in. I have been told secrets by my friends, and even people that I hate, that I will take to my grave. I have never caused someone pain, emotional or physical, on purpose. I do a LOT of stupid things but never with bad intentions. I will offer help whenever I see that I can give it. I do NOT lie. The only time that I will lie is if it is to keep something I was told in confidence a secret. I come clean when I have fucked up and I do everything in my power to make it better. I may say it jokingly sometimes, but I would never wish harm on someone else and mean it. I have tendency to smile through literally everything. There have been very few times in my life where I have been unable to smile: when I broke everyone one of my personal rules and acted like a "bro" in Chat, when I learned that my uncle (one of the greatest men I've ever known in my life who only just got married like 8 years ago and just had his first kid 4 years ago) was diagnosed with lymphoma and he most likely will not make it, when I went through a period of time where I no friends and felt like there was nothing there for me, and when my grandfather died. Other than those sad times in my life, I can't stop smiling, even if I tried (which I have) I have nothing to complain about in my life. I have had a truly amazing life up to this point. I have a family that loves me and supports me in everything I do and have been blessed by the fact that I have both of my parents, I have friends that would fight for me the same way I would fight for them and don't know what I would do if I had to go back to the way it was before I had them, I had an amazing girl that I was hoping wanted to stick around for a while and see that I am different from all the other "men" out there, I was blessed with athletic and learning abilities that will hopefully carry me through life and help me reach all of my ridiculous goals, I have an uncanny ability to do things even when no one else believes in me, and I have more support from more people than I ever thought would care about me. The crazy thing is, this barely scratches the surface when it comes to describing me. I really hope that you read this whole thing and that you decide to stick around and get to know me. The real me. After that, you can decide if I was worth the effort.
